Any Returned products that are unopened may be returned within 7 days of reception.
The package, you are sending back, must have a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in the original and resalable condition. We will not accept any merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. Netting and tags must be attached in the original box or bags. Threads on the top of extension hair have to be placed in original condition. Packing should not be marked, taped or attached by anything. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense.
Any wigs or hairpieces made of synthetic hair may not be returned.
All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus a shipping cost if delivered with free shipping.
Customer must pay the return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns on electric appliances such as Flat Irons as each manufacturer already guarantees it's electric appliance via registered warranty for either repair or replacement. Be sure to fill out your product registration form you will receive from the manufacturer with your electric appliance product.

Exchanges are only allowed for mismatched colors.
All conditions for exchanged products are the same as for the returned products policy. However, we do not charge a full restocking fee
If the exchanged product is not in its original condition, we will charge up to a 15% restocking fee.
When products are exchanged for color matching reasons, please send a sample of the customers hair. The hair color sample that you send should be enough (when the hair sample is spread and taped onto a white sheet, the thickness should be more than a quarter inch) for Hair For Hair to notice exactly what color that you are looking for. After obtaining your original package with your correct hair color sample, we will reship your order immediately.
All shipping costs for exchanged products will be at the customer's own expense.

Occasionally certain products will be on back order due to unforeseen popularity or glitch in a manufacturer's factory run on a particular product. In these rare incidents, we will e-mail you notifying you of back ordered item. We do not keep back orders. You will need to place a new order for the product when available.
If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be applied. In such case, we will replace your order as soon as we verify that the package got lost.
